10 comedy acts, 12 live music shows, 9 venues, 2 days.

I'm sure you're wondering how I did that. I'm not quite sure myself. But it was called the Camden Crawl. An annual festival that has been going on since 1996, it allows thousands of drunken entertainment lovers to roam around town for the weekend, potentially checking out 100 different shows across 40 different venues in Camden Town, London. It was a blast. I would compare Camden Lock and Markets to Upper Haight, but 5 times as big, with less bums, better food and even better shopping.

Onto the show:
Benjamin Francis Leftwich: tunes to lay in bed with

Little Comets: dancey, English, fun.
Agitator: his megaphone lived up to his name.
The Spectrals: reminded me of Girls, very surf rock.

my festival buddies: jonny and dave!

Team Ghost: French shoegazers, but seriously awesome.

they thought i was precious.

John & Jehn: to cool for school.
The Staves: the British version of the Dixie Chicks.

Ben Howard: amazing voice, crazy jams sessions, best of the weekend.

AND, last but certainly not least, Beth's Really Lovely Comedy acts were really lovely! Thanks Beth!

There were so many bands i couldn't get to, but check them out!:
PVT, Cloud Control, Cat Le Bon, The Phantom Band, Lu Lu and the Lampshades, and many more.
xoxoxo
